I’m a community builder supporting local engagement, events and opportunities that ultimately feed our local (rural) economy. 

I give feedback, advice and mentorship to business owners through my business consulting services.

I lead women in finding their own voices, overcoming imposter syndrome and taking charge of their life. 

I am a mental health advocate, transparently sharing parts of my story to leave a trail for those struggling so they know they’re not alone.

I'm a bridge builder, helping people understand the difference between conflict & confrontation, and how to accept feedback and different perspectives as a gift.

I am a small farmer, raising chickens and growing produce to feed ourselves and our community. I’m driven by my vision of making local, fresh produce accessible to our neighbors.

    I’m the strangest consultant you will ever hire, because my goal is to work myself out of a contract so you can hire full-time OR you’ve learned the tools and implemented systems to tackle the work without overwhelm moving forward.

    I work with most clients in 90 minute sessions booked directly on the website. I also offer fractional support when available.

    My personal life slogan is, “I didn’t spend thousands on therapy to be silent.”

    My journey to prioritize my mental health and work through my trauma has been years in the making.

    Self-abandonment at an early age taught me to mold and shape myself to be palatable for others. It also landed me in dangerous places and spaces that I’ve survived.

    My goal is to inspire others to focus on how they can heal and grow to exit the victim mindset and boldly embrace the survivors’ joy.
